John W. Chang has over 12 years of experience in real estate brokerage transactions and valuation. John is the Founder and CEO of E-Value Appraisals, a real estate valuation and consulting company and RE/MAX Midtown, the only RE/MAX franchise in New York City.John has produced appraisals of large downtown and suburban office buildings; shopping centers; apartment complexes; high rises, retail buildings; churches; vacant land; cooperative buildings; factories; convenience stores; restaurants; and contaminated properties. John is currently an adjunct professor at Baruch College teaching real estate finance and development.
Chris Edell is a co-founder of Prebacked, Inc., heading up business development and strategic foresight for the company. In these roles, Chris is responsible for aligning high performance startup companies with the senior agendas of the world’s eminent enterprise organizations. Chris was previously a management consultant at Booz & Company and Deloitte Consulting LLP, specializing in healthcare strategy and service operations. He is active in the non-profit world, having served as a Community Economic Development Director at Yale and as a Broadmoor Project – New Orleans Disaster Recovery Fellow at Harvard. Chris received a M.P.A. from Harvard, a M.B.A. from Yale and a dual B.A. in economics and political theory from UC San Diego.
Sarah Paiji is co-founder and CEO of Snapette, the leading local fashion mobile app. Snapette’s helps shoppers find fashion products available in nearby stores, as well as enables retailers to market to nearby shoppers and drive foot traffic into their stores. Sarah graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Harvard College, and recently left Harvard Business School (HBS) to pursue her startup full time. Prior to attending business school, Paiji advised top women’s consumer brands and retailers while at Goldman Sachs and McKinsey & Co. She also worked as a private equity investor at Berkshire Partners, which owned and built companies like Bare Escentuals and Citizens of Humanity.
William Peng is a venture investor at Raptor Ventures. He focuses on seed and early stage investments in consumer internet and digital media, e-commerce, and SaaS. Previously, William was Product Manager of Analytics at drop.io (acquired by Facebook), and was Mobile Product Lead and Interaction Designer at Hot Potato (acquired by Facebook). Prior to that, he was an Analyst at RRE Ventures, where he assisted in sourcing and diligence for the firm's investments in early stage consumer internet, digital media, and location-based services. William began his career at Bertelsmann Digital Media Investments, the strategic venture arm of Bertelsmann. William holds a BSE in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University.
